Open NextFit on your phone and pull down on Today to sync. NextFit reads from Apple Health or Health Connect, so the scale or watch has to write there first — check its own app's Health settings. On Android, make sure NextFit is allowed in Health Connect › App permissions.

NextFit waits for eight readings of a measure — eight weigh-ins with a weight, or eight with a body fat — before it draws that trend, because a line through fewer is mostly noise. Weight usually gets there first. The countdown on the phone's Today screen, or on the Overview on the web, shows how many are left.

No. Weight and body fat are never shown to anyone, in any group, and no setting — paid or free — changes that. Groups see steps and, if you leave it on, your workouts with at least 200 m cut from each end of the map (500 m with Large map privacy). Community challenges see your steps only.

On Android, the invite comes with the install: sign in and NextFit offers to join the group. On iPhone, open the invite link again, or copy it and tap “Got an invite link? Paste it” in NextFit (in Filipino, “May invite link ka? I-paste ito”) — or open Groups › Join and enter the code shown on the invite page.

On the phone. Choose a program on the web under Programs, then start each session from the NextFit app: it speaks every step and keeps the time. A session you record fills that week of the program in. Nothing is ever marked as missed.

On the web, History › Workouts › Import a GPX file takes one workout up to 4 MB, with its route, heart rate and cadence. An imported workout counts in your training but sets no personal records or distance badges. To take a route out, open the workout and choose Download GPX (on the phone: Export GPX).

From a watch or ring that writes it to Apple Health or Health Connect; NextFit reads it when the phone syncs. The typical value appears after seven days with a reading. Only you see it — like your weight, it never reaches a group — and it isn't medical advice.

If the store gives a grace period, Plus stays on until it ends — your profile on the web shows the date. After that Plus is paused while the store keeps trying, and it comes straight back once the payment goes through. Update your payment method where you bought it: on iPhone, Settings › your name › Payment & Shipping; on Android, Google Play › Payments & subscriptions. Your profile on the web links straight there.

Plus is billed by the store, so it's cancelled there: on iPhone, Settings › your name › Subscriptions › NextFit; on Android, Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions. Plus stays on until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting your NextFit account does not cancel it.

On the phone, open You › NextFit Plus › Restore purchases while signed in to the same store account you bought it with. If that doesn't fix it, write to us with the store receipt.

The store handles refunds under its own policy — Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, Google Play from your order history.

Use the three-dot button on the workout or comment — or next to their name on a group's board — to report it, or block the person. Reports reach a person, normally within 24 hours.

Your profile on the web has Download everything (one JSON file) and Delete account. Both are free and immediate. To delete one weigh-in, use Delete beside it in History on the web, or in Trend's list of readings on the phone; one that came from Apple Health or Health Connect stays deleted in NextFit, and stays in that app. A workout has its own Delete in its detail.
